Children under 11 are FREE.
I hereby waive, release, and discharge MYPI, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims for damages, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of participating in this event.
In case of an emergency, I authorise MYPI to obtain necessary medical treatment for me (or my child), and I accept responsibility for any associated costs.
I understand that there are no refunds for registration fees.

Please fill out all fields for each registrant. You may be asked additional questions depending on the age of the registrant. For privacy purposes, please use the parent's email address and phone number for registrants under the age of 18. The first registrant must be at least 18 years old, and responsible for any children in the group.
