Join us virtually for the second session in our 12-session series - Mind Matters: How Technology and Harmful Content Impact the Way We Think and Feel. Explore how the mind reacts to constant online content, including harmful media, and learn how to guard our hearts and minds from negative effects. Surat Al-Araf verse 12.

This interactive session will explore how we can shape our digital identities through an Islamic lens while learning about the levels of the nafs from Surat Al-Fajr. Together, we’ll dive into how faith, self-awareness, and responsible online behavior intersect—and how this program will help you navigate the digital world with confidence and purpose.
