About the Conference
The 4th Annual MYPI Mental Wellness Conference is back! Bigger, bolder, and more unifying than ever. This year’s theme, “Unmasking the Champion Within,” is a call to action for our Ummah and our village: to break down stigma, lift one another up, and embrace the strength that comes from healing together.
This is our Denver Muslim community’s annual gathering point for honest conversations, powerful storytelling, and actionable tools for mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. With an incredible lineup of speakers and more than 10 community partners (from masaajid to schools to nonprofits), this conference reflects what makes our village strong: we show up for each other.
Whether you’re a student, parent, professional, or community leader, this day is designed to remind you that you’re not alone, and that each of us has a champion waiting to be unmasked.
