Waivers

Assumption of Risk

I understand that walking in an outdoor walk-a-thon involves physical exertion and may include risks such as falls, dehydration, collisions, or exposure to weather.

Waiver of Liability

I hereby waive, release, and discharge MYPI, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims for damages, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of participating in this event.

Medical Authorization

In case of an emergency, I authorise MYPI to obtain necessary medical treatment for me (or my child), and I accept responsibility for any associated costs.
